The HKFYG Leadership Institute believes and trusts in young people, nurturing and supporting their potential to become leaders. We are dedicated to taking leadership development to new heights to ensure Hong Kong has a talented pool of competent and committed young leaders with global perspective. As Hong Kong’s first leadership institute inherited from the Former Fanling Magistracy, the Institute instigates wide-range of programmes to inspire and unite those with a passion and heart to serve. We trust in young people to brush colour into Hong Kong’s future and influence others to Make Wonders for Hong Kong. This new monthly enewsletter shares updates on the Institute and the great Make Wonders stories of amazing leaders. Together we can all Make Wonders for Hong Kong and beyond.

環球領袖發展院校 (香港青年協會賽馬會環球領袖訓練計劃) 透過連繫海外及本地青年領袖互相啟發及協作，為香港及全球培育出色及具全球視野的青年領袖。
 

身兼 One Young World Ambassador 及 Globalyl 創辦人的 Ana Castro Monzon 自2016年開始積極參與領袖學院的活動，更曾推薦4名墨西哥高中生來港參加學院舉辦的暑期課程，與學院一同 MAKE WONDERS，而當中最深刻的活動定必是全球論壇。

The HKFYG Leadership Institute is revitalised from the Former Fanling Magistracy constructed in 1960 and opened as the first magistracy in the New Territories in 1961. The Magistracy was closed after the completion of the new Fanling Law Courts Building in 2002. 

As Hong Kong’s first leadership institute, the revitalised site retained its original architectural style while converted the Courts and rooms into lecture rooms, a digital debate chamber, and M21 Studio to cater for the new usage.  

The Institute also offers a two-storey lodge that provides the perfect accompanying venue for corporates, educational institutions, or even friends and families, with a series of in-and-outdoor facilities.  

青協領袖學院座落於別具歷史價值的前粉嶺裁判法院。學院悉心保留原有建築風格，而法庭及部分房間則活化為講室、數碼辯論演說廳及M21錄影室以配合新用途。學院亦設有營舍及室內、外場地設施，適合企業、教育團體培訓、親子郊遊及朋友聯誼等活動。

Stepping into the 10th year, the HKFYG’s “Neighbourhood First Reunion Lunch'' was held in a special way under the COVID-19 pandemic on 30 January 2021. In support of the Federation’s annual programme, a group of 40 young volunteers from Leadership Institute visited 20 elderly and families in need living in Fanling, bringing them lucky bag and readymade "pun choi" that transcends the boundaries of social distancing.

「鄰舍第一團年飯」是香港青年協會於每年農曆新年前定期舉辦的活動。今年受疫情影響，鄰舍團年飯以特別的方式於2021年1月30日圓滿舉行。由香港青年協會領袖學院組成的40人青年義工隊亦踴躍支持是次活動，向粉嶺有需要的街坊上門送上「團年愛心包」，讓他們在疫情下仍能在家共慶團年。
